Apparently, for more than half of us, the answer is “no.” At least in reference to Donald Trump, anyway. A new Civiqs survey with the Daily Kos says that 51% of us feel less safe with Trump as president.
In other news, the same survey shows Mike Pence getting beat in an election by virtually everyone, up to and including Mayor Pete. So if for some reason Trump actually gets removed from office, Pence is not likely to secure the presidency for the GOP. Which kinda sounds like good news, except that pretty much guarantees the GOP will fight to keep Cantaloupe Countenance in office.
Finally, 46% of respondents said that Trump was primarily looking out for himself, his family, and his businesses. Only 41% said Trump was looking out for the country as a whole.
